Who is the Succession Program for?
Let's talk, if:
Succession Program Business Hub
Why collaborate with Biznes Hub?
We have been running virtual offices for 13 years. We know what it takes to change an address in KRS and CEIDG, contact with clients, transfers, renewals, KYC/KYB verification, and AML obligations.
We sign an NDA before sharing detailed information. Do not contact clients, employees, or landlords without the seller's consent.
A key element of the transaction is safely guiding clients through the entire process. We have experience in this, so we ensure continuity of correspondence and give clients adequate time and assistance when making changes.
You can completely exit the business, remain for a defined migration period, or keep a portion of the economic stake in the group's ongoing development through the Biznes Hub S.A. vehicle.
Not all or nothing
You don't have to sell your entire company
A virtual office often arises as an additional service to accounting, law firms, coworking, consulting, or other activities.
If you want to continue growing the core business, you can sell only the client portfolio that uses the address and mail handling.
Your accounting office, brand, other clients, and core business can remain unchanged.

We do not disqualify for minor deficiencies
Partial (incomplete) documentation does not automatically end conversations if a re-KYC can be performed. It must, however, affect the scope, schedule, and price of the transaction.
Over 450 entities in the migration process
We have experience in client migrations
We carry out a 12-month process of moving over 600 entities between virtual offices in Bialystok. During the migration we provide clients with:
Uninterrupted mail reception
Personalized assistance with address change
Clear communication and assistance with formalities
The market is becoming more professional
Running a virtual office requires an increasingly robust infrastructure
The market for virtual offices is becoming more professional and regulated. Requirements for customer verification, process documentation, training, monitoring, and AML compliance are increasing.
A larger scale allows spreading the costs of technology, procedures, teams, and compliance over a much larger client portfolio.
Not every owner wants to continue investing in developing this infrastructure - and they don't have to.

Questions, questions whose answers you should know
Do I have to sell the entire company?
No. We can discuss only the client portfolio using the virtual office address, while the rest of the business stays with you.
How many clients do I need to have?
We do not set a single minimum threshold. We are interested in both specialized virtual offices and portfolios that complement other activities. What matters is not only the number of clients, but also revenue, retention, prices, and the possibility of taking over contracts.
Will you find out who my clients are before signing the NDA?
We do not need a list of clients for the initial analysis. Initially aggregated data about the portfolio will suffice.
What will happen to my clients?
Before the transaction, we jointly prepare a plan for taking over service and communication. Our goal is to maintain continuity of service and properly guide clients through the entire process.

Sell a virtual office without worrying about the future of your clients.
If you have spent years building your virtual office, you should not have to choose between continuing to run it indefinitely and closing the business and losing the value of your developed portfolio. Let's discuss a third option.
