  • response to a ticket within 1 business day

  • each additional started 15 minutes beyond the limit - 49 PLN

  • unused minutes do not roll over to the next month

  • Adding or leaving a employee is billed according to the price list and does not consume care minutes; clients with care pay 49 PLN for a new employee instead of 79 PLN

All listed prices are net prices. The license, deployment and post-implementation support are billed separately.

How much does Microsoft 365 for businesses cost?

You pay separately for the Microsoft license, monthly per user, and for our work: a one-time implementation (from 199 PLN net) and optional support (from 39 PLN net per month for the entire company). We provide the exact amount after a short conversation about the number of people and how you work.

Which plan to choose: Basic, Standard, or Premium?

Basic is enough if you need email, cloud files, and Teams. Standard adds full Office apps on computers. Premium additionally provides protection against viruses and phishing and remote management of laptops. We recommend it for companies that process client data.

Will I keep my current email address and old messages?

Yes. We connect your domain to Microsoft 365 and migrate your current mail, contacts, and calendars. If you do not have a domain yet, we will help you register one.

We don't have an IT person. Who will manage it?

You can purchase support from 39 PLN net per month for the entire company. Within the agreed time we reset passwords, change permissions, and help with ongoing issues. We add and remove new users according to the price list: creating an account, license, and access for a new employee costs 79 PLN, and with support 49 PLN.

Can I later change the number of licenses, e.g., if someone leaves?

Microsoft 365 grows with your company: you can add licenses and tools at any time. With a one-year contract you will reduce the number of licenses only at renewal. Monthly licenses are flexible, though more expensive. We will help choose the variant to fit your team.

Is Microsoft 365 secure and GDPR-compliant?

Microsoft stores customer data from the European Union in data centers within the EU, and the data processing agreement is part of the license terms. We, in turn, take care of the configuration: two-factor authentication, permissions and rules for sharing files.
