Our mission is to support entrepreneurship.
- Since 2013, we invest financial resources and available resources in the development of innovation, entrepreneurship, and a culture of collaboration in Poland.
- We believe that the role of responsible business is to create conditions in which other entrepreneurs can grow together with us.
Our roots
Podlasie taught us how to run a business in our own way.
Our history began in Podlasie, a region that is not known for the biggest office buildings or a dizzying pace of life.
For generations, Podlasie has taught people a very valuable thing – that relationships are built patiently, and a spoken word carries meaning. We believe that is why from the beginning we were closer to cooperation than to competition.
Today we operate in several cities in Poland, but the way we conduct business still grows from the same values.

From the beginning we have remained faithful to the principles that shaped our thinking about business.
We believe that as a business we have an obligation to act in an exemplary and responsible manner. We want to promote the highest global standards, have a positive impact on the local environment, and do so in a way that is consistent with our values and our Code of Ethics.

What does that mean in practice?
Lasting value is built with the future in mind. Therefore we look beyond current challenges and the nearest goals. Thirty years is a fairly short-term perspective for us.
Leading a company does not have to mean you are in this alone. True strength lies in the community. For years we have been creating spaces where entrepreneurs can meet, exchange ideas, and jointly develop new ideas.
Our growth has been possible thanks to people who shared with us their knowledge and experience. Today we strive to do the same, passing on solutions that we have tested ourselves. This is part of the economy of collaboration, where value is created not by withholding knowledge for oneself, but by passing it on.
We believe that freedom and entrepreneurship are inextricably linked. To be free is not only to be able to make your own decisions, but also to take responsibility for their consequences – toward yourself, your colleagues, customers and the community.
Our projects
This is how we realize our mission.
Social Campaign Firma w Mieszkaniu
The campaign draws attention to the risks associated with registering a business at home. It shows who can see the address and how to limit its exposure. It also points out available alternatives for entrepreneurs to protect their privacy and safety.
Open Coffee
Organized periodically in our offices in Białystok, Warsaw, Łódź and Rzeszów open meetings for investors, business owners and people with business ideas, during which they can exchange experiences, discuss their projects and benefit from the knowledge of our mentors.
School of Internet Marketing
In 2023 we organized a course on social media aimed at youth aged 13-17. Conducted as workshops by the Współpracownia team, it included support from practitioners and mentors of this market.
Biznes Hub Offices
Since 2020 we have been creating and continually developing modern workspaces in the capital of the Podlaskie Voivodeship. Our offering includes serviced offices, meeting rooms and coworking.
Noc Zajawki
Noc Zajawki was an event organized by us from 2017 to 2019, aimed at promoting interesting initiatives and entrepreneurship in Białystok. The most interesting project chosen by the jury and the audience received a cash prize.
Global Entrepreneurship Week
In 2015 and 2016, we coordinated the celebrations of Global Entrepreneurship Week in Podlaskie. The series of events promoted conscious development, an active attitude toward life and undertaking business initiatives.
Report Współka.pl
Since 2014 we share our prepared free Współka.pl report aimed at owners of JDG and freelancers. The report presents, in an accessible way, the savings and potential benefits of establishing a limited liability company (LLC) for a few people.
This is only the beginning.
