The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. Under such agreements you can freely change packages and payment periods (monthly, semi-annual, yearly). This type of contract also features a short monthly notice period. We prefer that clients stay with us for years due to the high level of services provided, and not because of restrictive term contracts.
After we receive all the necessary documents, the contract is ready to sign within 10 minutes.
In principle, we sign contracts with already existing companies. Therefore, you should first notify us of your intention to use the address, then set up a company or a sole proprietorship, and finally sign a contract for virtual office services.
No. To register a company at our address, you must first enter into the appropriate agreement with us, and only then perform the registration or address change of the company in the KRS/CEIDG.
Registration of a company at our address without prior contract is impermissible. We inform the relevant Tax Office and KRS/CEIDG about unauthorized use of our address. Additionally, unauthorized use of our address incurs a fee of 10 000 PLN net.
Yes. A company may use the virtual office address as its registered office, provided that it has the legal right to use the address, e.g., under a contract. Merely using a virtual office does not hinder company registration or reporting its address to the tax office.
It is worth noting that the tax office may verify the provided address and request documentation proving your right to use it. For VAT registration, the office may also perform additional business activity verification.
