The cost of renting a meeting room outside the package is:
– 69 PLN net per hour,
– 300 PLN net for an 8-hour package.
What types of meeting rooms are available?
Depending on location we offer:
– meeting rooms with a conference table,
– rooms with a sofa and armchairs,
– rooms equipped with a television or dry-erase board.
This allows you to tailor the space to the nature of the meeting – from formal conversations to more casual meetings with clients.
What is the capacity of the meeting rooms?
There are meeting rooms for 4, 6, 9 and 10 people – depending on the location.

Is there presentation equipment available in the rooms?
Yes. Selected meeting rooms are equipped with a television for presentations, and others with a dry-erase board, which facilitates discussing proposals, projects and conducting team meetings.
How can I book a meeting room?
Room reservation can be made by email or by phone, contacting Biznes Hub support.

Can people outside Biznes Hub use the meeting rooms?
Yes. Meeting rooms are available for both Biznes Hub customers and external individuals.
This is a convenient solution if you need a professional space for a business meeting without a fixed subscription.
What hours are the meeting rooms available?
Meeting rooms are available during office hours:
– Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 17:00
– Thursday: 11:00 – 18:00
An exception is the room at Złotej 2 in Bialystok, whose opening hours are 10:00 – 15:00.
