Is the contract signed before or after establishing the company/JDG?
As a rule, we sign contracts with existing companies. Therefore, you should first notify us of your intention to use the address, then establish a company or a sole proprietorship, and finally sign a contract for virtual office services.
Why is the virtual office contract concluded for an indefinite period?
We sign indefinite contracts due to their flexibility and ease of adaptation to the changing circumstances of our clients. Under such contracts you can freely change packages and payment periods (monthly, semi-annually, annually). This type of contract also features a short, monthly notice period. We prefer that clients stay with us for years due to the high level of services provided, rather than due to restrictive term contracts.
Does the tax office accept the virtual office address?
Yes. You can use the virtual office address as your company's address, provided you have the right to use it under the contract. The mere fact of using a virtual office does not preclude company registration or VAT registration.
However, the tax office may verify the address and the way of conducting activity, so it is important to use a professional virtual office and have documents proving the right to use its address.
Can I meet a client at the address at Złota 75A?
